The client was planning some renovations for this corner building. He would be taking over the used bookstore and wanted a sign above that doorway. The renovations hadn’t started, but he wanted a photo of his new store on the black and white ad I was designing for him.
For this postcard series of ads, I had only the garment photos to work with for each ad. I had to make the vector logo look “embroidered” and actually place it on the garments, which often involved changing its color as well.
